We felt that we were truly working with a customer focused, quality company. Everything from the honesty/transparency in the sales process through their design center selection help, home construction, and closing was excellent. We have a quality home that has met our expectations. Professionalism shown by the contractors who built the home. It was small things that they went out of their way to do with some Non-Standard Options showed that they took pride in the work. Josh was very welcoming of our input and requests during the construcation phase which was a first for us.
